Товар шёл долго, но не по вине продавца. Описанию соответствует, пришло именно то, что заказывала. Пользуюсь этим воском не первый раз - мне нравится. Только некоторые чуть густоваты, ложаться толстоватым слоем, за счёт чего большой расход. Упакован товар был плохо - повредились крышки картриджей, но воск не протёк, что порадовало).
