first i order.then i wait for some days.then i cancelled the order and find an other seller with the same product.so i cancel THIS order.but they send it anyway! then when it arrived i send it back at the door with the delevering service ! then the package was send back.but the seller rhings i am grazie or something.i paid with klarnabv. so the have to cancel the order.nothing else.very simple.but they do NOT react on my request.

Be careful ordering from this seller. I ordered a different product which did not arrive, and seller simply refuses to refund me. I can't write a review on that product as it's no longer available. But he tricked me into buying another product saying I'll get the money for previous order back that way, which I didn't. I received this product, but it doesn't work well. You need to touch the skin for it to work, and with a quality plasma pen it sends a spark close contact, not physically touching the skin. I dont recommend.
